Edinson Roberto Cavani Gómez is a Uruguayan professional footballer who plays as a striker for and captains Liga Profesional de Fútbol club Βοca Juniors. Nicknamed "El Matador" (The Bullfighter), he is considered as one of the best strikers of his generation.
