Conor Stephen Townsend is an English professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Premier League club Ipswich Town. He began his career with Hull City, from whom he had loan spells with Grimsby Town, Chesterfield, Carlisle United, Dundee United and Scunthorpe United before joining the latter permanently in 2016.
