Kenneth Shiels is a Northern Irish football manager and former player who last managed NIFL Premier Intermediate side Moyola Park. Shiels spent all of his playing career at different levels in the Irish Football League. He then began a career in coaching with the Northern Ireland national football team (under 17s) and English league side Tranmere Rovers (head of youth development). Wikipedia
