José Saturnino Cardozo Otazú is a Paraguayan football manager and former footballer who played as a striker. Cardozo spent most of his career with Deportivo Toluca, where he is the club's all-time leading scorer and won four league titles. He would go on to become the club's head coach from 2013 to 2016.
