José Albano Ferreira da Mota is a Portuguese retired footballer who played mainly as a right-back, currently manager of Liga Portugal 2 club Leixões. He spent most of his playing career with Paços de Ferreira, where he also began working as a coach and won two Segunda Liga titles.
