Tommi "Auge" Kautonen is a Finnish football manager and former player who is the head coach of Finland national under-21 football team. As a player Kautonen played as a midfielder for Reipas Lahti, FC Haka, MyPa, Vaasan Palloseura (known then as VPS Vaasa) and FC Lahti.
